Vaccinations
All cats boarding must be vaccinated against cat flu and feline infectious enteritis. Any cat will be refused boarding without such vaccines. The cat’s vaccination card must be seen before boarding and will be obtained till departure. Boosters must be done at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
 
Bookings
A full day is charged for the day of arrival and departure to allow for essential cleaning and hygiene preparation of the chalet.
Payment of boarding fees will be made at the time of collection, or in the case of long term boarding part payment will be taken on arrival.
At Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum fee is the equivalent to 5 days boarding.
The cattery is closed for viewings and arrivals on Christmas day, Boxing Day, New years Day and Bank holidays.
 
Un-neutered male Cats
We are unable to board un-neutered males over the age of seven months.
 
Veterinary fees
All cat(s) must be in good health prior to arrival and not to be suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease.
If in the event the cat needs to be seen by a veterinary surgeon during boarding, Peel Veterinary clinic in Hornsea will be used, where there is 24 hour emergency cover available. If a cat(s) needs veterinary treatment during boarding the vet fees will be charged to the owner and payment will be settled on departure.
There will be a separate charge of £5.00 to cover expenses or travel and time occurred, in the event the cat is taken to the veterinary clinic.
 
Uncollected cats
Cat(s) who remain uncollected after 4 weeks after agreed departure date, will be the proprietors right to reserve ownership, and take any action they wish to re-home the cat(s).
 
Collars
All cats if wearing a collar will be removed before taken into chalet for their safety. It would be recommended to remove collar at home before arrival.
 
Free from fleas and worms
Cats must be treated against fleas and worms before boarding. Failure to do so, and if a cat has been seen to have fleas, a visit to the veterinary clinic for appropriate treatment will be carried out and all costs will be charged to the owner.
 
Diets
All cats will be fed the same, or as close as the food they are fed at home. If the cat has a preferred time to be fed then this will be adhered to.
Prescription diets, fresh poultry and fish will not be provided and this will be the responsibility of the owner to supply. There is no reduction in price for owners supplying their own cats food.

Cancellations Charges
Cancellations made:
More than 14 days  = No charge
Less than 14 days before arrival  = 50% of total amount
7 days before arrival = 100% of total amount
